Terms of Service

By subscribing to RankPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. RankPilot is operated by Chad Lee ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

RankPilot provides local SEO services including:

• Monthly SEO-optimized blog content published to your website
• Google Business Profile post automation
• Keyword research and ranking reports

Services begin after receipt of payment and completion of your onboarding form.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information during onboarding
• Grant RankPilot the necessary access to publish content (WordPress API key, GBP manager access, GSC access)
• Notify us of any changes to your website platform or business details

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All blog content we produce for your business is yours. We retain no rights to content published on your behalf. We may reference your business as a client for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

RankPilot does not guarantee specific search ranking positions or traffic increases. SEO results vary based on competition, market, and factors outside our control. We are not responsible for changes to Google's algorithms or platform policies that affect your rankings.

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon cancellation, we will stop publishing content and remove our access from your website and Google accounts within 7 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the prior 30 days.
